Mind Cloud Tribe can easily accommodate any industry. Whether you’re a small or mid-sized business, freelancer, non-profit, or literally any industry sector from high-tech to real estate to salon and spa, Mind Cloud Tribe has you covered.
Can Mind Cloud Tribe help me with my financial forecast?
Yes, Mind Cloud Tribe makes it easy to complete your financial forecast. Simply input your figures and Mind Cloud Tribe will automatically create your spreadsheet.
Are there actual Mind Cloud Tribe customer reviews I can read?

How many users can access?
Mind Cloud Tribe includes now only one contributor. The contributor can access and edit anything in an account including the owner’s profile data and the billing and payment information.
Can I work on more than one business plan?
Yes, you can create an unlimited number of business plans on an account; you can have one active plan at a time, meaning one that is open and being edited. You can open and close plans as needed.
Can I import financial data from Excel?
Unfortunately, we do not support importing data from Excel at this time.
Can I save the plan I'm working on to my hard drive?
Mind Cloud Tribe automatically backs up your data every few seconds. All your plan and account information is saved securely in our online servers, ready for you to access when you need it.
You can always print a copy of your plan. But there’s no need to save your data offline for backups.
What file types can I export to?
You can export a copy of your plan to Microsoft Word, Excel and PPT. That’s useful if you want to have more control over the document’s look and feel or add images, custom tables, and so on. Just remember that once you export, any changes you make in Mind Cloud Tribe will not be reflected in the exported document. The export is a snapshot of the plan.
Does Mind Cloud Tribe support different languages and currencies?
You can write the plan in Spanish, French, German, or other languages. Write the plan in the language of your choosing. Enter your financials and simply input the currency to use.
What browsers does Mind Cloud Tribe work on?
We support the current version of each of these browsers:
- Chrome (Windows and Mac)
- Firefox (Windows and Mac)
- Edge / Internet Explorer (Windows)
- Safari (Mac)
- Mobile Safari (iOS)
- Mobile Chrome
These are the platforms we test. If you encounter a problem on a different browser, please let us know.
Can I use Mind Cloud Tribe on a browser that's not on your supported list?
Sure, feel free to give it a try, though you may find minor issues since we do not test the app in those browsers.
If you are using an older version of Internet Explorer, we strongly encourage you to upgrade your browser. It’s free to upgrade and you’ll have a much better experience with Mind Cloud Tribe and the Internet in general.
Can I use Mind Cloud Tribe without an Internet connection?
No, sorry. Because Mind Cloud Tribe is a web application, you need to be connected to the Internet to use it. The good news is that you can use it from any computer or device with Internet access, so your software isn’t stuck on a single PC. But currently we do not support offline access.
Is there a free trial?
Mind Cloud Tribe offers a 1-Day for 1-Dollar trial (yes, we do require a credit card to get started). We’ve served thousands of entrepreneurs in our pilot alone, and we think you’ll love Mind Cloud Tribe, but in the event you don’t, you’re not on the hook for any charges if you don’t take on the subscription after the first 24 hours.
What happens to my plan if I cancel my account?
Your plan is 100% yours at any time. You can take your plan with you when you go. If you decide to end your Mind Cloud Tribe subscription, just export your plan before you sign out for the last time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We happily accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards.
Will my data be safe and private?

What do Mind Cloud Tribe experts’ tutorials include?
Each Mind Cloud Tribe tutorial is created, owned and managed by the expert(s). Each tutorial can include videos, slides, transcript and additional resources the expert has uploaded.
How do I enroll in a Mind Cloud Tribe tutorial?
Mind Cloud Tribe tutorials are on-demand one by one or through subscription giving you unlimited access to all tutorials. Which means that you can enroll in the tutorials that interest you and learn at your own pace. You can begin the tutorial whenever you like, and there are no deadlines to complete it.
Mind Cloud Tribe tutorials can be accessed from several different devices and platforms, including a desktop, laptop, and your Android or iOS mobile.
After you enroll in a tutorial, you can access it by clicking on the tutorial link you will receive in your confirmation email, provided you’re logged into your Mind Cloud Tribe account. You can also begin the tutorial by logging in and navigating to your My Tutorials page.
How long do I have to complete a Mind Cloud Tribe tutorial?
As noted above, there are no deadlines to begin or complete the tutorial. Even after you complete the tutorial, you will continue to have access to it, provided that your account’s in good standing, and Mind Cloud Tribe continues to have a license to the tutorial.
Is Mind Cloud Tribe an accredited institution?
While Mind Cloud Tribe is not an accredited institution, it is part of Mind Cloud Academy, which is an accredited institution. Tutorials are taught by experts in their field, and every approved tutorial features a Mind Cloud Tribe certificate of completion. Certificates can be saved as a .pdf or .jpg file so that you can easily share your accomplishment.
Is there any way to preview a tutorial?
Yes! If you’re not sure if a tutorial is right for you, you can watch a free one-minute preview for different experts.
How can I book to work with an Expert?
Go to our Book an Expert page, and follow the step to make and confirm your booking. Once you confirm your booking, you will be notified by email of the confirmation with your expert. Once confirmed, you will be through the email to our secure payment gateway to make the payment (if this is the first time you are working with the expert, we advise you to only pay for one session, to ensure your satisfaction working with that expert). Your payment will be kept in an escrow account in your name until the expert session is concluded.
Are there any customer reviews on the Experts that I can read?
Absolutely. We’re extremely proud of the positive feedback we’ve seen from our customers. Each expert has a profile page which includes a review and rating section for you to go over before making your selection. Once you have completed a session, we invite you to always review and rate your experience with the Expert, to help us keep our service to you of the possible standard.
What if the Expert session gets cancelled?
If the Expert session is cancelled by the Expert before it takes place, your payment will remain in your escrow account as credit to be used at any later time, whether with the same Expert or with another Expert.
What if I cancel an Expert session?
If, for any reason, you need to cancel a booking with an Expert, your payment will remain in your escrow account as credit to be used at any later time, provided you cancel the booking 24 hours prior to the booking time. Failure to cancel or reschedule the booking 24 hours prior to the session will result in a full payment charge. We invite you to contact us to explain any force majeure that led to your cancellation, and we promise to take your situation into consideration for a partial refund on your cancellation.
